After Phase 1 (AI tools mastered), Phase 2 trains your teachers to deliver the entire WiseTribes student curriculum — class by class, with mock practice, doubt clearing, and certification.
Phase 2 assumes teachers have completed Phase 1 (or have equivalent AI tool fluency).
Teacher is comfortable using Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Diffit, SmartEdu, Edcafe AI for daily teaching tasks. View Phase 1 →
Teacher should know the NCERT/CBSE curriculum for the class they teach (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10). We don't teach the textbook — we show how to layer AI projects onto it.
Required for live sessions (Zoom/Meet), accessing curriculum materials, watching module walkthroughs, and submitting practice work.
90 min live session + 30 min weekly prep + 90 min practice = ~3.5-4 hours per week. Drops to 2 hours/week after Week 8.
Every week follows the same predictable rhythm so teachers know exactly what to expect.
Quick review of last week's class + framing what we're learning today. Why this class matters in the bigger curriculum picture.
Trainer demonstrates the actual class as a student would see it. Aira video clips, PPT slides, project setup. Teacher learns the content first.
Now we flip — how to deliver this class as a TEACHER. Where students get stuck, common misconceptions, project rubric, time management tips.
Open Q&A. Teachers ask anything: pedagogy, content, tools, classroom management. Trainer + peer answers. Recorded for replay.
8 weeks of curriculum mastery → 3 weeks of mock delivery → 3 weeks of integration & certification.

Technically yes, but we strongly recommend Phase 1 first. Phase 2 assumes you're comfortable with the AI tools we cover in Phase 1 (Gemini, NotebookLM, Diffit, Edcafe AI). If you're already fluent in these tools, you can skip Phase 1 — but most teachers benefit from doing both.
Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can watch it on your own time. The doubt-clearing portion is also recorded. You won't fall behind unless you miss the mock delivery weeks (9-11) — those require live participation.
No. The curriculum is designed for non-coder teachers. Python modules (Class 8 M7) come with full facilitator scripts. Students do the coding; you guide and assess. We cover this in Week 5.
15-25 teachers per cohort. Small enough that everyone gets doubt-clearing time, large enough for peer learning. Schools with 20+ teachers get a dedicated cohort.
Yes — and we encourage it. Schools that train teachers in groups see faster adoption. Group enrollments get a dedicated trainer and customized scheduling.
You join the WiseTribes Certified Instructor network. Free annual refresher when curriculum updates. Listed in our directory if parents/schools search for AI teachers. Priority for advanced training (when we launch it).
Phase 2 follows CBSE / NCERT alignment. Every project maps to specific NCERT textbook chapters. Open-book exam preparation built into Week 6. SARAS 6.0 assessment training in Week 8.
