★ SEGMENT 1 OF 8

Open with YOUR story

You · Tab 1 (Story Video) · click play, then stand and tell live

The Beat — what to do

Switch to Tab 1. F11.
"Before I show you anything — let me show you something." Click play on the video. Step aside. Don't talk over it.
When the video ends (30–90 sec), walk to centre: "What you just saw was [reference video — 1 line]. Now let me tell you why I'm standing here today…"
Tell the 8-min live arc — origin → what you noticed → what you built → why you're here. Card on screen has the 4 beats.
Close: "…and that's why I'm here today. Not to sell you software. To show you what 8 hours back in your week looks like."
Click the big red Next: NEP Mandate → button at the bottom.

  • Video FIRST · let it carry the emotion · don't narrate over it
  • No notes in hand · speak to faces, not the room
  • Pause at the emotional beats · trust the silence
  • If you blank: "What I learned was — teachers don't need software, they need time."
Why this works: Video opens the heart. Story builds the trust. Then NEP delivers the why-now. Principals decide with emotion, justify with data.

Sweep over the other 6: "Plus copy correction, lesson plans, report cards, worksheets, open-book tests, parent communication. Eight in total. Every teacher learns all 8."

★ SEGMENT 6 OF 10 · STUDENT JOURNEY

Phase 2 · 144 classes for Class 5–10

You · Tab 6 · Phase 2 page with sample videos

The Beat

"Each child gets 24 classes per year. 20 minutes each. Twice a week. Tue and Fri. Six years. 144 classes total."
Scroll to the 3 sample Class 1 videos (Class 5, 7, 9). "Let me show you what a real Class 1 looks like."

2 MIN · THE FUTURE
★ SEGMENT 7 OF 10 · 1:1 AI COMPANION

WiseBot · one per child

You · Tab 7 · WiseBot poster + demo video

The Beat

Tab 7 (WiseBot). F11.
"Phase 2 is the classroom. But every child also needs their own AI companion — sitting beside them, growing with them. So we built one. We call it WiseBot."
Point at the poster: "One WiseBot per child. Not shared. Not borrowed. The child's own. Runs on a Raspberry Pi. Marathi and English. Online and offline."
Click play on the video · 30 sec. Let it run. Don't narrate over it.
Close on the head-start line: "A child who grows up with WiseBot will be years ahead of one who doesn't. By Class 10 they're builders, not consumers. Coming to schools in 2027. The pilot starts with you."

Cues + URL

  • seminar-wisebot.html
  • Land "one per child" twice · this is the new positioning
  • Land "years ahead" — that's the parent decision line
  • Hard 2-minute cap · park questions for Q&A
Why this lands: Phase 2 sells the curriculum. WiseBot sells the head-start. Principals leave wanting to be the first school in their district to deploy. Parents in the room will lean forward at "years ahead."

13 MIN · CREDIBILITY
★ SEGMENT 8 OF 10

Hand over to Deshmukh sir

Guest speaker · you sit and listen

The Beat — what to do

Walk to the side. Hand over the mic with intention:
"Now I want you to hear from someone who has seen this from the school side — not the software side. Deshmukh sir, please."
Sit. Listen. Take notes. Do NOT check your phone or laptop. The room is watching your face.
When he closes — stand up, shake hands, thank him by name (use his full title) before turning back to the audience.

Why this segment matters

  • Deshmukh sir converts you from "founder selling" to "founder vouched-for"
  • His 13 minutes is the social proof your demos can't buy
  • If he goes long, let him. Pull from Q&A, not from him
  • If he goes short, fill with one teacher testimonial from Phase 1 batches
Prep call: 10:30 AM — confirm with Deshmukh sir what he plans to say. Make sure he knows he has exactly 13 minutes.
12:15 – 12:25
10 MIN · CONVERSION
★ SEGMENT 9 OF 10 · Q&A

Q&A → invite the pilot ask

You · projector on Phase 2 page · pricing-curious principals will scroll

The Beat — what to do

Leave the Phase 2 page (with student videos) on screen during Q&A. Curious principals will absorb it while others ask.
Open: "What's the first question on your mind? Principals first, then teachers." Take 3–4 questions max.
When a principal asks anything → bridge to: "That's exactly what we figure out in a 30-teacher pilot. Can I send your office the 1-pager today?"
When a teacher asks anything → bridge to: "Sir/Madam, can I add your number to a WhatsApp group right now? I'll send you Session 1 today."
At 12:24, close the Q&A: "One last question, and then I want to leave you with something." Then switch to Tab 9 (Closing / QR).

Anticipated questions + answers

  • Q"How much?" → "₹X per teacher for Phase 1. ₹Y per student/year for curriculum. Pilots get 30% off."
  • Q"Marathi medium?" → "Yes. All content is bilingual — Marathi and English side by side. Both demos you saw used Marathi labels."
  • Q"What if teachers refuse?" → "We start with the 5 most willing teachers. They become evangelists. The rest follow within a term."
  • Q"How long is training?" → "Phase 1: 8 sessions × 2 hours = 16 hours over 4 weeks. Phase 2: 14 weeks for curriculum mastery."
  • Q"Do you replace teachers?" → "Never. We multiply them. The teacher is the conductor. AI is the orchestra."
If a question stumps you: Open seminar-faq.html on your phone. 14 prepared answers across Money / Teachers / Students / Logistics. Filter by category.
The follow-up trap: Get 1 commitment in the room — a pilot agreement OR a WhatsApp number. Don't leave with "we'll think about it." Always leave with a next date.
12:25 – 12:30
5 MIN · CLOSE + COMMUNITY
★ SEGMENT 10 OF 10 · LEAVE WITH A SCAN

Join the WhatsApp Trainer Community

You · Tab 9 (Closing page) · big QR on screen · ask everyone to scan

The Beat — what to do

Switch to Tab 9 (Closing). F11. The QR fills the screen.
"Before anyone leaves the room — one minute. Open WhatsApp on your phone. Tap the camera icon. Point it at this screen."
Wait. Let people scan. Count to 30. Do NOT talk over the scan. Watch phones go up.
Once 60%+ phones are up: "Once you're in, you'll see four things pinned at the top. The prompt library — every prompt we used today, copy-paste ready. The digital booklet — Phase 1 and Phase 2 in your pocket. Two polls. And one feedback form."
"Fill the feedback form — takes 30 seconds — and you'll get a digital AI-Beginner certificate from WiseTribes in your inbox automatically. Frame it. Add it to your CPD record. Send it to your principal."
Close warm: "Thank you for your time. July 2026 is thirty days away. Try one prompt this week. Tell us how it went. We read every message. ध्यवाद."

Cues + URL

  • seminar-closing.html
  • Drop qr-whatsapp-community.png next to the HTML before seminar day
  • Big projector · F11 · QR fills screen for easy scan
  • Don't talk during the scan window · count to 30 silently
  • End on the certificate line · that's the hook for the feedback form
Why this works: Scanning together is a collective moment. Once 60% scan, the rest follow social proof. The certificate flips the form-fill from "chore" to "reward."

🛟 If something goes wrong — backup plans

NO PROJECTOR

Open all 6 tabs on your laptop. Have everyone crowd around. Run demos one-by-one in a circle. Story + Q&A are voice-only anyway.

NO WIFI

All seminar HTML files are fully local. No API calls. Just open from local disk: file:///…/seminar-demo-…. Pre-save all files to desktop.

DEMO HANGS

Press ↻ Restart button on the demo controls. It resets instantly. While it restarts, pivot: "Even AI needs to breathe sometimes — let me show you the bonus instead."

RUNNING LATE

Cut Q&A first (down to 10 min). Then trim Phase 2 deep dive (12 → 6 min — play 1 sample video instead of 3). Never cut the demos. Never cut Deshmukh sir.

RUNNING EARLY

Extend Q&A. Show one more bonus from each demo. Tell one more 30-second teacher anecdote. Never end before 12:30.

HECKLER

"That's a great question — let me answer it directly after, so I don't take time from your colleagues." Then circle back at 12:30 one-on-one. Never get drawn into a debate in the open.
